Military Historical Tours is proud to offer another in our series of historic anniversary tours to the world’s battlefields. Our tour starts in Amsterdam, before touring all the must see historical sites of the Operation Market Garden made famous in Cornelius Ryan’s book A Bridge Too Far from 1974 that was made into a blockbuster movie in 1977. This huge operation ended without accomplishing the quick strike across the Rhine. We do see the huge capture of the Ludendorff Bridge that penetrated Germany. We continue on to Berlin to see all the famous sites from the creation of the German Empire to the fall of the Third Reich & all the intrigue of the Cold War.
